These terms govern your use of fesscobill.com.pk. By accessing the site or using its tools you agree to them; if you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. The Service
fesscobill.com.pk provides free informational content and consumer tools: a bill checker that opens FESCO bills from the official public billing system, a bill estimation calculator, and educational guides. The service requires no account and charges no fee. We may add, change or discontinue features at any time.
2. Acceptable Use
You may use the site for personal, lawful purposes — checking bills for connections you are authorised to view, estimating consumption and reading our guides. You agree not to: use automated scripts, bots or scrapers against the site or through it against the official billing system; attempt to disrupt, overload or probe the site’s security; use the tools to harass others or access connections without authority; or republish substantial portions of our original content without written permission.
3. Intellectual Property
The original text, design, tables and tools on this site are the property of fesscobill.com.pk and are protected by applicable copyright law. Short quotations with a link back are welcome; wholesale copying is not. FESCO, WAPDA, PITC and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
4. Third-Party Systems and Availability
Bill data is served by the official PITC billing system, which we do not operate. We cannot guarantee its availability, speed or accuracy, and outages of that system may temporarily affect the checker. The site as a whole is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
5. Advertising
The site may display advertisements from third-party networks, including Google AdSense, to keep the service free. Advertisers are responsible for their own content and offers; a product’s appearance in an ad is not our endorsement. How advertising cookies work — and how to opt out — is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, fesscobill.com.pk and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the site, its tools or linked third-party services, including losses caused by reliance on estimates, outdated figures or system downtime. Our Disclaimer forms part of these terms.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version with its effective date will always be published on this page. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
