Because fesscobill.com.pk is an independent information website, we cannot change your bill, correct a meter reading, restore a connection or take payments. Those powers belong to FESCO alone. For billing disputes and connection issues, contact your sub-division office (its number is printed on your bill) or the FESCO head office exchange at 111-000-118 — our helpline guide walks you through the complaint process step by step, including how to escalate if nobody responds.
