Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information fesscobill.com.pk (“we”, “our”, “this site”) does and does not collect, how cookies and advertising work here, and the choices you have. We have kept it in plain language on purpose.
1. Information You Give Us
You can use every tool on this site without creating an account and without providing your name, CNIC, phone number or email. The reference numbers and customer IDs you type into the bill checker are used only to open your bill from the official PITC billing system; we do not store, log or share them. The bill calculator runs entirely inside your own browser — the units you enter never leave your device. The only personal information we receive is what you voluntarily send when you email us, and we use it solely to reply to you.
2. Information Collected Automatically
Like virtually every website, our hosting infrastructure records standard technical logs — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and access time — used for security, abuse prevention and keeping the site running. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which guides are useful, in aggregate form that does not identify individual visitors.
3. Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. This site itself works without requiring cookies for its core tools; however, third-party services described below may set cookies when they operate on our pages. You can view, block and delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the bill checker and calculator will keep working.
4. Advertising and Google AdSense
To keep the service free, this site may display advertisements served by Google AdSense and other third-party advertising partners. You should know how that works:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and other websites.

Our checker opens bills on the official PITC billing system, and our guides link to banks, app stores and official bodies. Those websites operate under their own privacy policies, which we do not control and encourage you to read. This policy applies only to fesscobill.com.pk.
6. Children’s Privacy
This site provides general utility information for the public and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Data Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and because we deliberately collect almost nothing, there is very little that could ever be exposed. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your query.
8. Your Choices
You can use the site without providing any personal information, control or clear cookies through your browser, opt out of ad personalisation through the links in section 4, and ask us at any time what information (if any) we hold from your correspondence by emailing support@fesscobill.com.pk.
9. Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy — for example, when adding a new tool or advertising partner — the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
